E. Bruce Neikirk is the Managing Partner at Neikirk, Mahoney & Co., PLLC. Mr. Neikirk is a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney and concentrates his practice in the areas of income and estate taxation as well as estate planning, probate and business consulting.

Mr. Neikirk has practiced in the Louisville area for over 30 years and has assisted numerous businesses (both small and large) by consulting with them in their tax planning, succession planning, and other business matters. He has also helped set up many new businesses by selecting the type of entity which would best benefit them and preparing the appropriate licenses and agreements.
